Contenders - S1 Rugby Squad

The S1 squad fielded 2 teams on Saturday against Watson’s D2 and D4. The A team had a convincing 22-0 win, their 8th in a row, and the B team lost by one point. Winners -  S3 Rugby

In their first match of 2015, the S3 team had a very convincing victory over Musselburgh Grammar School.  Finlay Miller was a bit of a scoring machine with a hat-trick of tries but Struan Whittaker deserves special mention as he played well for both teams.

An excellent away victory in Stirling against Beaconhurst School 1st XI.

Scoring in each half through Kirsten Newlands (one on one with the keeper) and Maddy Miller (a diagonal shot after a rehearsed move from a short corner), the team showed good tactical awareness and team spirit after a long break without a game.

Contenders - S1/S2 Rugby, S3/S4 Rugby & S3 Hockey

Very convincing victories over Portobello HS and Preston Lodge HS
