The Team of the week is awarded for a variety of reasons including performance, attitude, sportsmanship, improvement.

Winners - U16 Rugby
 

In only their second match of the year, the U16 side notched up an emphatic victory over a depleted Ross High School. Scoring 81 unanswered points, the S4’s produced some excellent individual and team tries and also lent their opponents 4 players.


Contenders - S1 Rugby
 

Chalking up their third win in a row, the S1 team played some excellent rugby in dreadful conditions.


Contenders - U14 Hockey

A relatively new team, made up from girls in S2 & S3, the U14’s have gelled well and had their first victory, 1-0 over St George’s.

Winners - U14 Hockey

Runner’s up earlier in the month, the U14 side continues to develop and on Saturday they beat Watsons. Their determination and team work throughout the game turned a 0-1 scoreline at half time into a 2-1 victory. 



Contenders - S1 Rugby Squad

For the first time in 20 years Trinity put out two S1 rugby teams. With 28 players training, the skill levels and enthusiasm are very high and the A team have now won 4 matches in a row.


Contenders - S2 Football

A very convincing win over Tynecastle HS




3rd  November 2014


Winners - U16 Rugby

The U16 team had convincing win 40-10 over the Heriot’s U16 A team giving them their third win in a row.


Contenders - S2 Football

Another convincing win, the team has now scored 27 goals in their last 3 games.

 

Contenders - S2 Rugby

The S2 Rugby team were finally able to show their playing ability with a comfortable win against Heriots.

With standout defence from the back three and deadly attacking from the usual suspects it was good to get that winning feeling.

 

Contenders - 1st XI Hockey

A creditable 1-1 draw against Heriot’s 2nd XI and their best performance of the season.

 

Contenders - S3 Hockey

A thumping 6-0 win over a Heriot’s B team



10th November 2014


 

Winners -  S1 Rugby

The S1 team made it 7 wins in a row with an 18-0 win against Royal High School. A really good team performance with different players scoring the 5 tries. Royal High inflicted heavy defeats on all our other rugby teams making this win even more impressive.


Contenders - U14 Hockey

A very convincing 7-2 win over Balerno HS with great performances from all. The team showed tremendous determination throughout the game and the team work was of the highest standard.  

 

Contenders - 1st XI Hockey

Also a convincing 6 goal win over Balerno which means that the 1st XI have had a draw and two wins in their last 3 matches.
