The Team of the week is awarded for a variety of reasons including performance, attitude, sportsmanship, improvement.

Winners - S2 Rugby

The S2 team arrived at Meggetland to find the opposition only had 9 players. Six Trinity boys played for Boroughmuir at various times in the game and the match ended in an 18 – 18 draw. Special mention should go to Lennon Stevenson who made several outstanding tackles, even when carrying a leg injury.


Contenders - 2nd XI Hockey

A very convincing win over Heriot’s.

Winners - S1 Rugby

The S1 team, playing only their second match, scored 7 unanswered tries against Watson’s D3. As with last week, a number of Trinity players turned out for the opposition who suffered a few injuries and all played well no, matter what jersey they were wearing.

S3 Hockey

A convincing win 4-0 win over Firrhill HS mean the team have recorded two wins in two matches


Senior Football

The senior football team bounced back from a heavy defeat against Newbattle HS last week to comfortably defeat Gillespie’s 4-0

Winners - Senior Football

The Senior footballers beat Royal HS in the Lothian Cup.  The score was 2-2 at full time but a goal by Stephane Murray secured a 3-2 win in extra time.

This result was all the more impressive as RHS were previously unbeaten and have qualified for the 1st division at the top of their section.


Contenders - S3 Rugby

A convincing win over Dunbar Grammar who had beaten the team in S1 and S2.  Trinity also lent Dunbar several players when they were hit with injuries.

Winners - S3 Hockey

The S3 hockey team march on, following up their well-deserved accolade of Team of the Year in 2013-14 with their third win from three this season, scoring 11 goals and conceding none in the process.


Contenders - S2 Football

In their first match of the season our S2 football team had a comprehensive win over Royal High School.
